Welcome to jjcom. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jjcom ("jjcom", "We", "Us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jjcom website, mobile platform, gaming services, sports betting facilities, and any other service offered under the jjcom brand at jjcom.app and its associated sub-domains.

jjcom is operated by an entity duly licensed under an international gaming authority. The Platform is made available to eligible users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. By creating a jjcom account, completing the jjcom Login process, placing a wager, or accessing any portion of the jjcom Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jjcom Platform and close your account. Continued use of jjcom constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments published by jjcom from time to time.

To be eligible to register and use the jjcom Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jjcom strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of jjcom or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had a jjcom account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

jjcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by jjcom may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Any registration by a person under the age of 21 is strictly void. jjcom employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. Should jjcom determine, at any time, that a user is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or during account use, jjcom will immediately suspend the account, retain all deposits and winnings pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant licensing authority.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) jjcom account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering for a jjcom account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Create a strong, unique password for your jjcom account and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP when prompted or made available by jjcom.
• Notify jjcom immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your jjcom account.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your jjcom account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified jjcom of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

jjcom will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jjcom and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. jjcom's official contact email is [email protected].

jjcom supports the following PKR-native payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. jjcom reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable licensing requirements.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 (subject to change; the current minimum is displayed on the deposit page at time of transaction).
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your jjcom account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of confirmed payment receipt.
• jjcom does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the identity documents associated with your jjcom account.
• jjcom reserves the right to return deposits to the source payment method if identity verification has not been completed or if the deposit is flagged by jjcom's compliance systems.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless jjcom's compliance team specifically approves an alternative method in writing.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. jjcom may request supporting documents including CNIC copy and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• jjcom targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request. Actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and may vary.
• jjcom reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. During such review periods, funds will be held pending investigation.
• Any bonuses subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before the bonus-funded portion of a balance may be withdrawn.

All transactions on the jjcom Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjcom does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which jjcom bears no responsibility.

All betting and gaming activity on the jjcom Platform is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market, in addition to these general Terms. Product-specific rules are displayed within each game or market interface and form part of this Agreement by reference.

Sports Betting — General Rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. jjcom does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or odds at any time.
• jjcom reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (palpable errors).
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided at jjcom's discretion where results data or live event information is unavailable or unreliable.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• PSL and international cricket markets are subject to the standard jjcom cricket betting rules, accessible on the jjcom Cricket page.

Casino & Slot Games:

• All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, Jackpot Fishing, and Pool Rummy, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the game server. No retrospective adjustments will be made except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a genuine technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

jjcom offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL season, Eid, and other dates significant to the Pakistani calendar.

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
• A wagering requirement specifies the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements on jjcom bonuses range from 5x to 35x depending on the specific promotion.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing wagers.
• jjcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed and partially wagered a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Players who jjcom reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, irregular wagering patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or collusive play — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjcom Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using jjcom for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes. jjcom is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one jjcom account, including through proxies, aliases, or family members' credentials.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or verification.
• Underage Use: Accessing jjcom while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Automated & Bot Activity: Using any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to interact with jjcom's platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, or with participants in sporting events, to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward jjcom staff or other users.

jjcom collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the jjcom Privacy Policy in its entirety.

jjcom uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and jjcom's servers. Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from jjcom's operational funds. jjcom will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties except as required by applicable law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

jjcom may share your information with payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast), identity verification services, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required. Such disclosures are made solely to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

All content on the jjcom Platform — including but not limited to the jjcom brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, sound effects, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jjcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjcom Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the jjcom Platform; reverse-engineer or decompile any jjcom software; create derivative works based on jjcom content; or use jjcom's brand name, logo, or trademarks for any purpose without prior written consent from jjcom.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjcom's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jjcom Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjcom account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjcom expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption to the jjcom Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, acts of God, or circumstances beyond jjcom's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your jjcom account credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the jjcom Platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome information.
• Any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind, even if jjcom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jjcom's liability for death or personal injury caused by jjcom's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

jjcom is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. jjcom recognises that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

jjcom provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible after jjcom Login from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. jjcom will notify you when your session limit is approaching and will log you out when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming position during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jjcom Platform. Short-term cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks) and permanent self-exclusion are both available. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Account Closure: Close your jjcom account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected].

jjcom enforces a strict 21+ age policy. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register or use the jjcom Platform under any circumstances. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gaming websites.

jjcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jjcom reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• jjcom is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• jjcom suspects your account is involved in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• You are or were under the age of 21 at any point during your account's existence.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, jjcom may, at its absolute discretion, void all or part of the account balance, including deposits and winnings, where such balance is directly linked to the breach. In all other cases of account closure — including voluntary closure by the player — any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jjcom account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the jjcom Platform, including disputes regarding bet settlements, account balances, bonus terms, or these Terms generally, you should first contact the jjcom customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. jjcom will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through jjcom's internal process, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jjcom's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from our support team upon request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjcom holds its gaming licence. Any dispute not resolved through jjcom's internal complaints process or the applicable dispute resolution mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

jjcom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jjcom will notify registered users via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the jjcom Platform no less than 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulation.

Your continued use of the jjcom Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the jjcom Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Any bets placed or games played after the effective date of amended Terms will be governed by those amended Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at jjcom.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. We encourage players to review these Terms periodically.
